Pastor Brann has been the Pastor of Victory Baptist Church since July of 1999. He entered the ministry after several years in the military, including a tour in Vietnam, and in law enforcement as a State Trooper and Criminal Investigator. He served as a Youth Minister for 3 years in San Angelo, Texas, and has Pastored for 35 years in Churches in Texas and New Mexico. Pastor Brann has a Bachelor’s Degree from Faith Baptist Seminary, and a Masters, and Doctorate Degrees’ from Peniel Baptist Seminary, and Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. He and Peggy, his wife, have been married since 1967, and they have four children, fifteen Grand-children, and two Great Grand-children.

Dave has been at Victory for 6 years and has spent a total of of 22 years in full time ministry. He enjoys just about any sport, particularly hunting and fishing. Dave has also been known to spend an afternoon hacking around a golf course. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Betty, for 39 years and they are blessed to have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Debra has worked in several mother's day out program's and was involved starting another program before she was called to start the program here at Victory. Debra has a great passion for kids. She has taught children's church for several years, as well as helped in AWANA and in VBS. Debra, Scott, and their two children, Hayden and McKenna are an integral part of our Children's ministries here at Victory.
